About the Role

We’re looking for that right person who wants to stretch themselves and broaden their career within a rapidly growing high-tech innovative software business.

You’ll work with one of the world’s leading Intelligent Ecommerce Personalisation SaaS products based on Big Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) . You will develop interfaces and templates in HTML, CSS and JavaScript; help test new functionality; work on unit test scripts and help the team with support requests. Ultimately you will contribute to the development and growth of the platform and architecture.

Our Technology

We utilise open source software and services as part of our ecosystem. Some of the technologies that we use include NodeJS, c# .Net (core), TypeScript, PHP, HTML/HandlebarsJS, MySql, NoSql/Cassandra, Redis, AWS, ElasticSearch, Linux, Ansible, Git, Jenkins CI, Docker, Slack.

Skills
  • Experience in a programming language (JavaScript, PHP, .Net, Java)
  • Understanding of Web development, MVC and OO development
  • Good with HTML and CSS
  • Knowledge of Databases
  • Passionate about technology and open to work on the most appropriate technology / language for the job
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Be self motivated and have a desire to learn
  • Desirable: Basic use of Linux OS

The software learns customer behaviour on existing ecommerce websites and adapts the site automatically to present a personalized user experience with the objective of increasing sales conversion. Our clients can also enrich the experience with personalised campaigns targeted at target customer segments with promotional banners and manual recommendations. Designed for B2C and B2B sites it’s easy to integrate and has a measurable ROI.

The product’s three main modules includes Personalised Search, Personalised Merchandising and Personalised Email Marketing.

Our target market is mid-tier retailers and B2B businesses with an online turnover of £2m to £10m. Our focus is on the UK and US market although we are generating interest internationally.
