Success Manager - York, UK
The Success Manager is responsible for ensuring our clients, partners and partners’ clients get the most out of using the PureClarity product suite so that we retain them as paying clients and give the sales team the opportunity to sell additional modules.

As a named contact for clients and partners you will be responsible for guiding them, or their representatives, through the onboarding process, add value to their PureClarity solution by giving best practice suggestions and once live support them to get the most out of the products. You will also help maintain and enhance the company’s Support Centre. You will report directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities include:
• Manage the onboarding process
• Manage the post-implementation process
• Manage clients’ support requests through the company’s help desk system
• Assist in the management of the PureClarity Support Centre
• Determine opportunities for upselling additional products and services to existing clients
• Provide training to clients on the use of PureClarity.
• Occasionally assist in the sales process
• Working with the marketing team present the company’s products in webinars and seminars

Business Development Manager - York, UK
The Business Development Manager is responsible for consultative product-based selling that generates new B2C and B2B direct clients and signing up new partnerships with ecommerce and digital marketing providers based on the targets set by the company both in the UK and the US. You will report directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities include:
• Promptly follow-up leads
• Demonstrate the product suite to potential clients over the internet
• Create quotations for clients based on the company’s pricing model
• Actively follow-up leads and close leads
• Maintain the company’s CRM
• Generate a weekly pipeline report
• Actively engage with potential partners
• Sourcing new clients via various means
• Achieve quarterly sales targets
• Hand over the client to the success team to onboard the client
• On occasions present the company’s products in webinars and seminars
• As part of the role, you will actively contribute to the improvement of the company’s products and company processes
