They also offer membership to the Harry Hall One Club which provides members with both equestrian community support and access to discounts on lifestyle and equestrian brands.

Challenges faced

The team at Harry Hall are very aware of the importance of providing a personalised online shopping experience and were previously working with a competitor ecommerce personalisation provider but were highly frustrated.

Since joining PureClarity they have implemented a series of targeted popups throughout their site which not only incentivise their customers to buy and spend more, remind customers of their charitable affiliations but also to provide thanks to their One Club Members by means of additional discounts.  These popups are used tactically within key category listing and product pages and within basket and checkout.
