PureClarity Wins AI Innovation of the Year 2020

We were delighted to be awarded with the ‘AI Innovation of the Year 2020’ award at the first ever Digital City Awards last week. The awards ceremony took place on 12th March at the prestigious Albert Hall in Manchester and was part of the Digital City Festival. A festival which brings together the leaders, innovators and decision-makers who are shaping the digital industry.

When Digital City made the award they said we deservedly won the award due to how our AI ecommerce personalisation platform helps online retailers to increase revenue through upselling and cross selling. Our software uses data such as previous shopping behaviour, real-time activities and the actions of users of a similar demographic to create a tailored shopping experience for every user. We are chuffed to pieces!

Our CEO Paul Gibson, CEO said “After two meticulous stages of judging, against some tough competition, we were over the moon to be declared ‘AI Innovator of the Year’ 2020. It has justified all of the hard work the company has dedicated to bringing such an innovative product to market and which will continue to develop”

The judging panel for the awards was comprised of an expert panel of industry leaders from the digital sector. This included Liam Howley –Chief Marketing Officer at Music Magpie, Becky Franks –Head of Digital Optimisation at The Co-op Bank and Nathan Milnes –Head of Business Marketing at the GC Business Growth Hub.

As well as winning one of the 27 prestigious awards granted on the evening, PureClarity also supported the event by sponsoring the Responsible Tech, Ecommerce Company of the Year and Digital Leader of the Year awards. Andre De Gaye, Strategic Partnership Manager for PureClarity (pictured centre) also provide the presentation ‘The Future of eCommerce: How AI and Big Data are Transforming the way we Shop Online’ as part of the Digital City Festival itself.
