Ecommerce personalisation software, PureClarity was awarded Big Data, IoT or Analytics Solution of the Year at the European IT & Software Excellence Awards 2017.
UK – April 04, 2017 – PureClarity, ecommerce personalisation software, today announced its second European award win after scooping Big Data, IoT or Analytics Solution of the Year at the European IT & Software Excellence Awards 2017, the only pan-European awards which recognise the crucial role that ISVs, Solution Providers and Systems Integrators play in the delivery of real-world solutions.
The award recognises solutions that enable organisations of any size to harness their Big Data, IoT or Analytics to maximise the potential of the knowledge contained within it to improve their operations and customer relationships. PureClarity was awarded for its innovative ecommerce personalisation features and continued success delivered for clients including The Royal British Legion, ZyroFisher and US-based Safco.
PureClarity enables clients to deliver 1-2-1 ecommerce personalisation with its three core products: personalised site search, personalised merchandising and automated email marketing. The system utilises Big Data and Artificial Analysis to track on-site customer behaviour and present back highly relevant search results and product recommendations proven to increase online revenue and average order value.
The awards ceremony was held at the Royal Garden Hotel in London on Thursday 30th March and was hosted by UK comedian Dominic Holland. Now in their 9th year, the European IT & Software Excellence Awards 2017 attracted more than 500 entries from 28 European countries. Awards are given for IT solutions that get to the heart of customer issues, delivering better business, a clearer understanding of data, and more efficient and profitable outcomes.
