We won't turn off PureClarity for occasional traffic spikes, or for a payment initially failing. If you significantly exceed the monthly limit of your Plan for two months in a row (go over by 10%) we'll let you know so that you can move up to the next plan for that month. You will be notified in advance should you need to upgrade.

Our plans are per store. A store in PureClarity can have one language and as many currencies as needed.

Yes you can! If you're over your plans limit for 2 months we'll offer to do that for you. Or, if your traffic has fallen below a lower plans limit for 2 months you can downgrade from within the settings (as long as your not already on our lowest plan).

Yes you can! You can upgrade to PureClarity Plus within the admin, via the billing page. When you select a different plan you'll be taken to Shopify to confirm the change to the charge, and will then be redirected back to the Admin.

All new stores get a 30 day free trial for PureClarity Plus, and a 7 day free trial for our PureClarity Recommenders plan (only available on Shopify). After that, you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan to continue using PureClarity.

Our business model is selling software, not your data, and our price points offer a best in class solution. We research and develop our own algorithms, including novel approaches to improving the state of the art, instead of repackaging off the shelf recommendation APIs from vendors. We price for sustainability on our end, and the ability to continue to deliver an incredible product to our customers.

Of course! PureClarity does not charge per seat, so you can invite your entire team to use it.

User management is available in the admin, including the ability to assign pre-defined roles, such as setting a user to only be able to access the live chat.

We want our customers to be happy using our product, and don't want to force someone who's unhappy to stay. We recognise that there's nothing worse than getting tied into a product that you can't cancel at anytime. So, if at any point you want to cancel PureClarity, you can do so by simply uninstalling the app from your Shopify store.

There are no contracts, so anyone can cancel anytime. We would love it though, if you could reach out and let us know your reasons for leaving, so we can work on improving our offering.
