How do I install PureClarity on BigCommerce?
Install the PureClarity app from the BigCommerce App Marketplace and fill in the short sign-up form; most of it is filled in from your store. Your account is ready in two to three minutes, your catalogue syncs by itself, and your 14-day free trial starts. You only add a card when you choose a plan.
Does Checkout Upsell work with my checkout?
It works with BigCommerce’s Optimized One-Page Checkout on your default storefront. Headless checkouts and apps that replace the BigCommerce checkout aren’t supported. If you installed PureClarity before Checkout Upsell existed, approve the updated app permissions once when you open the app.
Do prices respect customer groups?
Checkout Upsell shows your storefront prices, including tax and customer-group pricing. The Instant Search panel shows list prices, so B2B stores with different prices per customer can turn prices off in the panel.
Will it replace my search results page?
No. Instant Search is the panel under the search box. Its “View all results” link sends the shopper to your store’s own search results page, so your filters and layout there stay as they are.
Do I need a developer?
No. The app adds its script to your storefront, Instant Search finds your search box, and recommendation zones go in with Page Builder. Set-up and tuning help from our specialists is included in every plan.
